Manitoba Broadcasters unite for province-wide radiothon supporting wildfire evacuees

As wildfires continue to displace families and threaten communities across Manitoba, broadcasters from across the province are coming together for a united day of action — a province-wide Radiothon in support of the Canadian Red Cross and wildfire evacuees, happening Thursday, June 5.

Manitoba Day Of Caring For Wildfire Evacuees is a collaborative eƯort that will see radio stations across Manitoba dedicating airtime throughout the day to raise funds and awareness for those impacted by the 2025 Manitoba wildfires. Funds raised during the Radiothon will go directly to the Canadian Red Cross 2025 Manitoba Wildfires Appeal. More than 30 radio stations from Brandon to Steinbach, Winnipeg to Winkler, will be giving Manitobans the opportunity to show their care and concern for our province.
