Delivering high-quality, high-impact events is a core pillar of how we engage members, advance policy, and foster meaningful connections across Manitoba’s business community. As we continue to elevate our programming and strategic initiatives, we are pleased to announce the newest addition to our team: Rose Dominguez, who joins us as Event Manager.

Rose is a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager with over 10 years of experience planning and executing high-impact events across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. She has a proven track record of delivering seamless in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences that include large-scale festivals, corporate conferences and engaging webinars and workshops.

Her expertise spans event logistics, budget management, stakeholder engagement, vendor relations, and sponsor fulfillment. Rose’s career highlights include managing Winnipeg’s iconic Manyfest street festival, producing CX conferences with Fortune 500 decision-makers in cities worldwide, and supporting economic development initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders and business leaders.

In 2011, Rose completed the Creative Communications Program with Red River College and the University of Winnipeg. She is also an active member of several community organizations and professional associations, reflecting her passion for local engagement and cross-sector collaboration.

We’re excited to welcome Rose to the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce team as we continue building dynamic, member-focused experiences.
