On December 10, 2019 at our MBiz Breakfast event, we released the results of our 2019 Manitoba Business Outlook Survey – were they shocking? Maybe not. Were they in line with what we expected? What are the big issues? Trade? Taxation? Workforce challenges? Access to capital? You bet.
