Founded in April 2016 by Bryan Hack, the BHC Group has established itself as a “niche” boutique consultancy firm providing clients with a more accessible personal approach to services as opposed to that of the large corporate consultancy firms.

Our goal is to enable our clients to achieve all their business and technology objectives through the support of one firm. Our team is divided between Winnipeg and Vancouver, and provides clients in both cities with a high level of expertise and innovative professional services. Our ERP evaluation process lays the groundwork by determining the correct footprint for a new ERP software, the timing, and costs, change management mitigations, and hard and soft benefits, and then seals it with key stakeholder approval before moving into ERP vendor selection.


We help to evaluate, compare, and select the right ERP/Enterprise Software, to save you time and money while reducing risk, versus clients handling this process themselves. We offer 3 phases with our Software Selection.

Phase 1 is to help document and understand the process flows and help our clients get a better picture of what the process is today, and we offer suggestions for improvement well in advance of implementing the new technology. This leads to quicker adoption of change as we get resources on board sooner and gives us and the potential vendors a better glimpse into the challenges and areas for improvement which helps in the software selection, especially when it comes to the demo part. As part of this phase, we gather requirements and create the procurement documentation (RFQ, RFI, EOI, etc.), and identify industry products and vendors to invite to the selected project.

Phase 2 relates to managing the procurement cycle; working with our client’s project team, and potential vendors, creating demonstration scripts, scheduling demos and debriefs, etc., essentially getting our client to a decision on which product and Vendor to move forward with.

Phase 3 is to provide implementation support and provide resources as needed (Project Manager, ERP Implementation Expert, Business Analysts, Technical Resources, etc.). We round out our client’s implementation team and work with the Vendor to ensure a smooth implementation. Working on numerous projects in diverse industries over the years has given our team a deep understanding of system implementations and the experience to quickly identify and mitigate project risks before they become a problem.
