Winnipeg’s New, Tallest Building Now Pre-Leasing: 300 Main Represents Modern Way of Living Downtown

Winnipeg, MB – A new, luxury high-rise apartment building in Downtown Winnipeg is officially pre-leasing. 300 Main, Winnipeg’s new tallest building at 42 storeys high, was built by national real estate giant Artis REIT. Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson was selected as the property management firm for the downtown luxury apartments and is beginning pre-leasing, with possession starting in Spring 2022.
