Is it time? Canada-US Border

Jun 11, 2021

On June 8, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, along with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and fellow business associations, released a joint statement addressing the need to revisit the restrictions on non-essential travel across the Canada-U.S. border.

“In our view, the vaccination campaigns in both countries have progressed to the point where it is time to revisit the U.S.-Canada Joint Initiative that restricts non-essential travel across the land border. The measure took effect on March 21, 2020, and has since been extended on a monthly basis.”
