“In my work as a speaker and seminar leader, I observed that many people reported being on auto-pilot and ‘going through the motions’ at work,” explains Deri Latimer. “Their habits seemed to have induced a kind of ‘sleep’ that was holding them back from engaging fully in their work (and life).
