Maybe you’re an entrepreneur trying to work through the extreme challenges brought on by COVID-19. Or, maybe you’re an employee dealing with increased stress and pressure at work, or you’re feeling anxiety and concern about your health, a job loss, or financial struggles. Or maybe you’re a people managed and you’re worried about your team. No matter who you are, prolonged, unmanaged stress can have a negative impact on your well-being. Join us to learn about stress management as a foundational skill for success in our careers and personal lives. In this session, we’ll explore practical strategies to grow your resiliency and stress management skillset by examining why we experience stress, and connecting cognitive and coping skills that can improve your overall health and stress management. Given the global current conditions, this session can benefit us all.

Presentation to be followed by an open question and answer period, moderated by MCC President & CEO Chuck Davidson. You may ask a question live through the Zoom panel during the event, or submit a question in advance by email to kviveiros@mbchamber.mb.ca
