The Role:

æ  Lead a team of direct reports in accounting and administration.

æ  Be the key contact for clients and customers to the office.

æ  Manage bank reconciliations and invoicing.

æ  Generate financial reports and other reports and data as required.

æ  Work on special projects as needed.

æ  Ensure that office duties and functions are carried out.

æ  Perform general administrative tasks and be responsible for the day to day running of the office.

You and Your Experience

æ  You have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in an office management, administrative or operations management role.

æ  You have experience with full cycle accounting processes and timelines.

æ  Your communication skills, both verbal and written are clear and strong.

æ  You have excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with customers and people at all levels in an organization.

æ  You have proven hands on experience in general Human Resource office duties such as payroll, training, tracking and documentation.

æ  You are skilled in the use of personal computers and have an excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.

æ  You are a person who has a strong business acumen and integrity.

æ  You consider yourself to be an excellent organizer with a strong grasp of time management.

æ  Though not required, having worked in the construction industry would be ideal as well as having knowledge and understanding of purchasing, project quotations, sales and tenders.
