Founded in 1911 in Winnipeg, Standard Aero is one of the largest, independent aviation service businesses in the world and a leader in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul.

Standard Aero serves a variety of customers from government and military to commercial airline and business aviation as well as helicopter, components, energy, engineering and industrial. Today, it has over 1,400 staff in Winnipeg and provides a global service network of facilities in Canada, the US, Europe, Singapore and Australia plus over 50 sales and field service locations.
