Manitoba Lotteries has made it onto the list of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, as selected by the editorial board of MediaCorp. This honour adds to a growing list of recognition for the Crown corporation in the area of human resources excellence.

Manitoba Lotteries is already ranked by the same editorial team as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers, as well as one of the Best Employers for New Canadians.

Approximately 45 employers are recognized in each of these areas from a field of over 2,700 companies evaluated. Manitoba Lotteries also continues to be one of Manitoba’s Top 25 Employers, a ranking the corporation has achieved for five consecutive years.

“We recognize that our 1,900 employees possess different backgrounds and skills, and this requires an inclusive workplace with flexible opportunities and benefits that are focused on career development and quality of life,” said Marilyn Robinson, Manitoba Lotteries Vice President of People Services and Business Transformation.

Manitoba Lotteries maintains progressive hiring practices as well as a wide range of employee programs that support and promote skills development, healthy work environments, employee benefits, workplace diversity and extensive community involvement.

Manitoba Lotteries, a Crown corporation of the Province of Manitoba, owns and operates Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino, and Manitoba’s video lottery terminal network. It supplies breakopen tickets and bingo paper in Manitoba, and distributes and sells tickets for lotteries operated by the Western Canada Lottery Corporation and the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation.
