Fresh Dreams Leadership & Coaching is proud to announce that we have just launched our brand new website at www.freshdreams.ca!

The main goal of our new website is to better serve the diverse needs of Driven Leaders and Inspired Entrepreneurs

To do so, we have expanded our resource section to offer more original Fresh Dreams articles, partner articles from other inspiring experts, great videos and more!  

 To make it easy for you to get the latest and greatest resources, every time a new article or video is added it will immediately show up in our home page blog!

In the past our Fresh Dreams Toolkit was only available to clients, but we have now opened it up to everyone! Take a peak as we have updated business plan starters, goal setting tips and vision resources to name just a few.

Fresh Dreams Leadership & Coaching takes a collaborative, systems-oriented, leadership-development and results-focused approach.

There is no set program followed as the needs and goals of each leader or entrepreneur is unique. Rather than requiring you to follow a series of predesigned coaching sessions, the coach remains responsive to your needs throughout the journey. Supportive resources are provided including tools that facilitate self-reflection, tip sheets and knowledge pieces.

What does a typical session look like?

During the coaching process, goals are established and clarified throughout the journey. Each action-oriented session is facilitated to support short term goals that are directly in support of your long-term goal.
