Peak of the Market displayed at the Produce Marketing Association Foodservice Show in California for the first time.  They built a 10 foot wide by 8 foot high wall of fresh vegetables.  Larry and Shelley wore jerseys with huge QR Codes on them that when scanned with a Smart Phone would take them to all the Staff contact information.  Just over 2,000 pounds of fresh vegetables for the display were donated to the Food Bank for Monterey County.  Peak of the Market’s display received the “Best of Show Award” which is unheard of for a first year exhibitor.

Larry McIntosh, President and CEO of Peak of the Market

“We were thrilled to win the Best of Show Award,” said Larry McIntosh, President and CEO. “The Judges stated they choose our display not just because it was obvious the work and care we put into it but also due to the enthusiasm and positive attitude of the staff.”
