As never before, markets are becoming saturated, making it harder and harder to distinguish yourself from ‘the herd.’ To make matters worse, customers are increasing tuning out the constant barrage of advertising as the herd scrambles to be heard. Add the growing prevalence of the  internet as a source of information and the emergence of social media and no one can deny that businesses are truly marketing themselves in a new world.

In this session, Kyle Romaniuk of Cocoon Branding Inc. talked about “Branding to Your Customer”, while Rod Giesbrecht of Imaginet tackled the subject of “Managing your Social Media Marketing.”

Below are brief bios of Kyle and Rod, followed by PowerPoints and videos of their presentations.

Kyle Romaniuk, brand director and principal, Cocoon Branding Inc
