Brenda Bazylewski, long time employee of Manitoba Egg Farmers was selected as Manitoba’s Honour Roll recipient at this year’s Canadian Agri-Marketing Association (CAMA) awards ceremony. The gala event took place at the Fort Gary Hotel in Winnipeg, on Thursday November 4th.
David Lazarenko, president of the Manitoba Chapter of CAMA, said “Brenda was selected because of her passion for agriculture and the enthusiasm she showed while serving on the CAMA Board of directors.”
Brenda has worked in marketing for MEF for the past 23 years and more recently she has assumed the role of director of communications and public relations.
Ad Series Wins Certificate of Merit
MEF’s four-part ad series “Eggs. Energy that lasts” and the “Care of Laying Hens” brochure were selected as finalists in the CAMA awards competition. Up against eight other finalists from Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, MEF was thrilled to take home the Certificate of Merit for the four-part ad series. Congratulations to MEF’s marketing team as well as Bob Gair (Spark Design) for his creative design input.
