Robert Half International recently completed its seventh annual suit drive to benefit Dress for Success and other nonprofits. More than 19,000 items of interview-appropriate clothing and accessories were donated by local businesses and Robert Half employees through the program.
Dress for Success, an international nonprofit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women, and other nonprofit partners will distribute the items to thousands of men and women actively seeking employment. Since Robert Half’s program began in 2002, more than 170,000 items — including suits, clothing separates, shoes and accessories — have been donated.
“Dress for Success and our other nonprofit partners assist job seekers in a fundamental way, providing the confidence that comes from looking their best during the job interview,” said Max Messmer, chairman and CEO of Robert Half International. “We are proud to assist their efforts through this annual program.”
