PwC celebrates its seventh year as a top employer
Today, Mediacorp Canada Inc. has recognized PwC as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2011. This recognition marks the first time a professional services firm has ever received the honours for seven consecutive years during the competition’s 11-year history.

Rewards and recognition: Our Marquee rewards and recognition programs celebrate employees who deliver great results and provide an outstanding experience for our people and clients.Acclaim, one of our rewards programs, recognized more than 90% of our people last year with ‘dollars in points’ which they can redeem for merchandise and services.
Community involvement: Our team volunteering program, the most recognizable initiative of the PwC Canada Foundation, engages our people in meaningful, day-long projects for worthwhile causes. In the fiscal year 2010, more than 40% of PwC employees participated in the program.
The 11th edition of Mediacorp Canada Inc.’s annual competition for “Canada’s Top 100 Employers” invited 12,500 employers to apply for the competition from a range of industries across the country. Participants were required to complete an extensive application process that includes a detailed review of operations, HR practices, charitable efforts and community involvement.
