MCC Welcomes Richard Jaques to its 2010-2011 Board

Richard Jaques

Richard Jaques is a Vice President Manitoba and North-Western Ontario for BMO Financial Group. He is joining the MCC Board as a director-at-large. 

“Rick’s commitment to entrepreneurial spirit and community values is every bit as great as that of the company he represents, and we look forward to his contributions to our Board”, explained MCC President Graham Starmer. “It seems that interprovincial issues will loom large in 2011 and Rick’s position as a multi-provincial rep with the BMO Financial Group will prove invaluable.”

Brief Bio of Richard Jaques: Rick joined the Bank in 1987 and subsequently held various positions of increasing responsibility across the Bank. In November, 2007 he was appointed District Vice-President in Windsor, Ontario and in November, 2009 moved to Winnipeg as Vice-President Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario.  Rick is responsible for personal and commercial banking services in 30 branches in Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario with more than 400 employees. 

Rick has been married to his wife Lisa for 15 years.  He holds an MBA from the Dalhousie University in Halifax.  Rick is an actively involved member in a number of professional activities in the community.
