Rogers has been named as one of the Top Employers for Young People, as published in the June 2nd edition of the Globe and Mail.
The competition, administered by Mediacorp Canada Inc, recognizes companies that offer the best benefits for young employees. Rogers wide range of training and development programs, its health benefits, and its financial awards and benefits including a share purchase plan and defined benefit pension plan, were considered key attractions for the young employee demographic.
“We believe that attracting, training, and developing young talent is key to Rogers success and future as a company,” said Bret Leech, Vice President, Human Resources Operations. “As a vibrant company with a diverse workforce, we are honoured to be recognized on the list of Top Employers for Young People.”
