In the plan the MCC’S goals are to become: the pre-eminent voice and advocate of Manitoba business; the strongest member network in Manitoba; and the first point of contact for networking, information, and resources for Manitoba business.
The MCC will pursue six basic strategies to accomplish those goals: engagement – increase two-way and pro-active engagement of local chambers and corporate members with MCC; marketing / brand – conduct effective marketing to promote the MCC and Chamber brand; membership – increase local chamber and corporate membership; local chamber support – increase the resources to assist local chambers to be successful; partnerships – solidify strategic partnerships; and policy – enhance policy depth.
