DHS Publishes Required Notice Of Biometric Data Collection At U.S. Ports Of Entry In Accordance With Paperwork Reduction Act

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 that requires federal agencies to periodically review and update the Office of Management and Budget about the information agencies collect and the cost of collecting information, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a 60-day notice regarding US-VISIT biometric data collection at U.S. ports of entry. The notice will be open for comment until May 10, 2010.
