The Honourable Andrew Swan
The Honourable Andrew Swan, Minister of Justice and the Attorney General of Manitoba, recently participated in the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce Speakers Series.
The Minister touched on a wide array of issues: an explanation of the justice system, challenges relating to young offenders, approaches to serious and organized crime, and closed with a special challenge to the business community (see video below).
