The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club would like to introduce an exciting menu of programs that you can use to enhance your business. We understand that your time is valuable so we have created a variety of options that include employee outings, holiday parties, customer rewards, company spirit building, product launches and sales meetings. We can create and manage an entire program from start to finish and assist in delivering a memorable experience that will reflect positively on your company. We can provide meeting rooms with all the audio and video equipment that you need, fully catered meals and a gift for everyone in your group. We can accommodate a group as small as 10 and as large as 6,500 and everything in between!
General Company Outing
We offer a variety of options to create the perfect outing for your family, staff and business partners. Tickets in our economical green priced seats to our full service Club seats we can add on a meal that ranges from hot dogs to prime rib. We can provide a private room for your use including a podium, video projector, and private washrooms all for one low price.
Are you looking for a great new venue to hold a sales meeting? The Manitoba Moose and the MTS Centre have the perfect setting for your team.
We can provide you with a private room set up to your specifications (classroom, board room etc.), full audio and video packages available. The MTS Centre can also supply catering for meals and snacks while you are hosting the meeting.
The meeting room are equipped with a coat room and private washroom facilities.
If your company has a favourite charity that you support, why not consider purchasing a block of seats for the organization to use? They could host clients from the charity, reward staff, or host a volunteer event at the MTS Centre in conjunction with a Moose game!
We will arrange all aspects of the event, including the distribution of tickets and a charitable receipt for the cost of the tickets.
Employee Outing/Team Building/Fundraising
Often companies are searching for ways to build company spirit and give back to the community. The Manitoba Moose can help you accomplish both goals and your employees will enjoy a night out with co-workers and their families while raising money for a charity or cause that the company supports.
Your employees and their families can sit together to watch a live hockey game and feel good about raising money for a great cause. Here are the options:
Your company can participate by selling tickets to one of 4 pre-selected games;
New Years Eve – December 31, 2009
Hockey Night in Manitoba – February 13, 2010
Military Appreciation Night – March 13, 2010
Fan Appreciation Night – April 10, 2010
Your company will sell/purchase the tickets at a special discount; the person purchasing the tickets would save $8.50 compared to purchasing the tickets from the box office. For every ticket that your company sells/purchases the Manitoba Moose will give back $6.00 – $8.00 to your organization.
Your company sells our Green Level tickets or our Copper Level tickets for $15 (regular $22.50) or $20.00 (regular $28.50) – in return your company will be able to direct $6.00 from every Green ticket sold and $8.00 for every Copper ticket sold. If your company has 50 employees and creates a special Spirit Night and every staff shows their support by purchasing 4 tickets for their family or selling to friends to attend, you would be able to donate $1,200 to $1,600! What a great way for employees to meet and mingle with other staff members and their families and help support your community!
Your company can select any of the games not included in the fundraising program Option 1 (subject to availability) and participate. The tickets would be sold at the same price as outlined above; the only difference would be the portion remitted back to the school would be reduced to $4.00 and $5.00 on tickets sold.
To help ensure the program works effectively, we will supply a sales kit for your company that includes: posters to put up in the workplace and/or community to promote the program; create and print the customized order forms that employees could use to place their order; a Mick E Moose visit to your workplace on the launch day; a dedicated Moose staff member assigned to execute your program and incentive prizes!
There are so many possibilities with this program, you could cost share the ticket price with employees, create a larger event around the fundraising program, have a sit down meal prior to the game, cocktail reception, wear company shirts to the game.
Product Launches/Trade Show
We offer a private and unique space to host a product launch or a trade show for your organization. We can accommodate up to 3,000 people for a trade show that would accommodate up to 30 Exhibits (determined by size).
Your company and products would stand out by hosting the event at the MTS Centre! The 300 level concourse would be closed to the general public and allow you the space to host your customers in this unique setting. The event can be fully catered with food and beverage or on a cash basis.
Once the event is completed your guests can stay for the game with two options:
1) Sit in the 300 level amongst other customers and clients with exclusive access to the 300 level based on minimum purchase.
2) Move down to the 100 level and sit in premium seats.
- We have included a sample pre-game catering menu (minimum 24 ppl)
- Add on Toques, ball caps, Bobble Heads or Frozen treats to any group order for as low as $1.50 per person
- All group packages include a welcome message with the company or organization name on the score clock during the game.
