Today Manitoba Chambers of Commerce President Graham Starmer attended a small business development event held at the Niverville Heritage Centre. 

The event was jointly sponsored by Triple R and Heartland CFDC’s and Eastman Regional Development. 

The theme for the event was “Go Where the Winners Go – Be the Boss” and Starmer spoke on “Community Development and Area Assessment.” 

Starmer’s PowerPoint, which covers issues such as  “Traditional Assessment”, “Who Should be Doing CED and Why?” and “The 7 basic CED Program Steps”, is available here.
